Lucite Garden Bracelet

The base of this bracelet is a double layer of 11/0 delica (cylinder) beads in a right angle weave stitch. It is then embellished along the edges with picots using 15/0 seed beads. The top of the band is embellished with lucite flowers and lucite leaves and 3mm Swarovski bicones.
